9:30 a.m. Fugui Cape Park
Fugui Cape Park lets you walk to the wooden plank road that leads to Laomei Green Reef Beach. Along the trail, you can hear the wind and enjoy the sea from every angle, especially the wind-eroded rocks, reefs and mini sand dunes along the plank road. It feels like an island adventure. The end point is the famous Laomei Green Reef and the Fugui Cape Lighthouse.
10:30 a.m. Fugui Cape Lighthouse
Fugui Cape Lighthouse The lighthouse is a white tower on the cliff with black and white stripes. It has a charming British style. Looking at the lighthouse repeatedly, you always feel the deep affection carried by the giant building. Located at the end of the north coast of Taiwan, there is the landmark of the northernmost point of Taiwan-Fugui Cape Lighthouse. If you stay longer, you can enjoy the natural sound of the bay and see the flights and seagulls in the sky.
11:30 a.m. La Mar Cafe
There are cats, coffee, and private home-cooked dishes in La Mar Cafe. It is located in a house by the sea. You can see driftwood, old furniture, and patchwork fabrics. 17:00 Zhilan Park Ocean Viewing Platform
Zhilan Park Ocean Viewing Platform is the most beautiful sea center extension platform on the north coast. It is best to visit at sunset. You can walk on the blue and white water corridor to the center of the sea and see the orange-red sunset on the horizon. It’s very romantic.
17:45 Cianshuei Bay
Cianshuei Bay is the famous crescent-shaped beach. In the evening, it has a different island holiday feeling. You can sit on the beach chairs and chat, read books or swim on the beach. You can also experience the quiet life of the sea near Taipei.
About How to Visit North Coast Line
To go to the north coast, you can buy the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Crown North Coast Line one-day ticket, which costs NTD$160 for adults. You can get on and off the bus unlimited times on the same day, and enjoy 12 stations with one ticket! The bus runs every hour on weekdays and every half hour on weekends.
No worry when you don’t have any transportation, you can still explore the cliffs and capes!
